this time, creating a subtask but setting it to stalled at the time of task creation

		Open		None	T193 test task to create subtask of
		Stalled		None	T195 another test

a_smart_kitten__test changed the task status from Open to Stalled.

huh, so if i set the status to stalled when creating the task, *then* it generates the notif in the parent task? T193#1786
