gonna try creating a subtask of this task and see if any notification of the new subtask's creation is logged within the parent task. (i saw this happen on the prod phab instance recently, and i swear it must be a new thing as i've never seen it before? either way i'm glad it now apparently seems to maybe happen, i've been wanting something like that to happen for ages!)

edit two: after inspecting maniphest.gettasktransactions for https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T403982, i tried creating another subtask but giving it the stalled status when creating it, and that seemed to work?! T193#1786
