NOTE: This is a task for the mechanics of doing the release. Please do not add tasks that you believe should block the release to this task. Instead, please add them to the #mw-1.234-release project. By definition, tasks in that project are blockers to the release.

This is roughly due to be released in June 2026.

This set of tasks is to see what it would look like if the subtasks of a 'Release MediaWiki 1.xx.0' parent task (e.g. T423255) were more... attached... to one another, e.g. so that release-process-tasks that can only be completed after other release-process-tasks are organised as such in Phab.
Like the set of tasks at T182: Create [testwiki], but for the MW release-process tasks rather than the new-wiki-creation tasks.
